Stancija Špin

The farm estate stancija Špin in the vicinity of the town of Poreč is part of the Istrian tourism supply. The tasting room is heaven for inquisitive foodies wishing to taste our Istrian cheese and skuta, our dry curd cottage cheese. Visitors can also attend the specially organised cheese cooking classes or wine pairing workshops. To complete the cheese factory and stancija Špin, a Cheese Trail that takes you to the pastures surrounding the facilities was constructed in 2013.

We wish for stancija Špin, built of Istrian stone, to become the highlight of the cheese trail, a fun hands-on and educational way of spreading the story of Istrian cheese, this pure traditional product, the lord of the green table of Istria.

Once cheese and curd cheese skuta are married with extra virgin olive oils Ol Istria and Vina Laguna wines, you get to experience a complete picture of tastes of Istria.
